ИНСТРУМЕНТ:
Кельма из нержавеющей стали (для нанесения смеси Hybrid+Résine).
Губка натуральная (для нанесения грунта под лак Bouche pores).
Валик с коротким ворсом (для нанесения грунта).

Кисть натуральная щетина (для нанесения Barbotine или бетонконтакта).
Валик для нанесения лака.
Шлифмашинка с дисками 80-100.
Миксер.
ПОДГОТОВКА ПОВЕРХНОСТИ:
Поверхность должна быть однородной по твёрдости и степени абсорбции, устойчивой, ровной,
чистой, сухой, обеспыленной, обезжиренной, подготовленной согласно строительным нормам,
обработанной соответствующим грунтом:
а) впитывающая поверхность (подготовленные стены, столешницы) – грунт Sénicryl, (высыхание 10
час);
б) невпитывающая поверхность (грунт Barbotine или бетонконтакт мелкой фракции), (высыхание 3
часа);
в) впитывающая напольная поверхность – бетонно-цементная стяжка+ровнитель (грунт Resine + вода
или грунт глубокого проникновения для полов), (не допускать высыхания, наносить Гибрид
немедленно после обработки поверхности).
КОЛЕРОВКА / ПОДГОТОВКА МАТЕРИАЛА:
Связующее Résine 4,7л (готово к использованию) вылить в большое ведро. Смешать с необходимым
количеством жидкого красителя (колеровочной дозы) согласно колеровочной карты. Также
возможно использование сухого красителя Pigment ( цвет подбирается индивидуально).
Постепенно высыпать весь пакет базы Hybrid в получившуюся смесь, перемешать с помощью
механического миксера на маленькой скорости до получения однородной массы. Дать постоять 30
мин, перемешать ещё раз до полного растворения красителей.
НАНЕСЕНИЕ (гладкий бетон):
1-й слой
Нанести тонкий слой кельмой из нержавеющей стали, перекрестными движенимя, оставляя
небольшой риунок, который затем проявится после шлифовки поверхности.
Оставить не менее, чем на 2-3 часа перед нанесением второго слоя.
Для создания эффектов декоративного бетона возможно нанесение 1-го слоя при помощи
инструментов с эффектами (крокодиловый валик, буазетка, кисть и т.п.).
2-й слой
Перед нанесением второго слоя необходимо увлажнить поверхность при помощи пульверизатора
или влажной щетки. На вертикальной поверхности проводить обработку снизу вверх, во избежание
возможных подтеков.
Нанести второй тонкий слой, тщательно выравнивая поверхность металлической или пластиковой
(для светлых оттенков) кельмой. Избегать железнения поверхности!
Финишные работы:
После полного высыхания (около 24 часов) отшлифовать поверхность вручную или при помощи
шлифовальной машинки (диски 80-100) для выявления рисунка бетона.
Пропылесосить поверхность, очистить от пыли салфеткой из микрофибры.
Защита поверхности:
Нанести грунт под лак Bouche pores при помощи натуральной губки массирующими движениями
(до полного насыщения, когда состав перестает впитываться!). Излишки грунта необходимо удалить
отжатой губкой (во избежание появления белых пятен). Не ожидая высыхания, повторить процедуру
еще 1 или 2 раза (при необходимоти). Важно пропитать поверхность на всю толщину покрытия
Гибрид для удаления воздушных пузырьков из пор и обеспечения качественной защиты
поверхности.
После высыхания Bouche pores (2-3 часа, не более 24 часов) нанести защитный лак Vernis BIcomposant, предварительно смешав 2 компонента. Во влажных помещениях и с интенсивным
проходом рекомендуется наносить до 3 слоёв лака. Второй и третий слой можно наносить через 3- 4
часа, но не позже 24 часов.
Окончательная степень блеска лака зависит от некоторых факторов: степени абсорбции покрытия,
температуры, наличия сквозняков, толщины слоя.
При нанесении на фасады необходимо обработать покрытие гидрофобизатором для фасадных работ,
без использования Bouche pores и Vernis BI-composant.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
— Разведенную смесь Hybrid хранить при температуре от +5 до +25С, в открытом колерованном виде
не более 3 часов.
— Грунт под лак Bouche pores рекомендуется разбавить водой на 10-15 %. Лак Vernis BI-composant,
после смешивания компонентов, хранить не более 50 мин.
— При нанесении лака Vernis BI-composant поверхность не должна темнеть, так как это будет
свидетельствовать о недостаточном насыщении поверхности грунтом под лак Bouche pores.
— Избегать нанесения при ярком солнце, сквозняке или повышенной влажности.
— Количество обрабатываемой поверхности на 1 мастера – не более 20м2.
— В случае наличия деформационных швов в помещении, необходимо их соблюдать
— Места стыков должны быть обработаны армированной лентой.
— При нанесении на зону фартука, поверхность обрабатывается до установления столешницы.
— При нанесении на столешницу, внутренние вертикальные поверхности стыков с раковиной и
варочной поверхностью необходимо также обработать грунтом под лак Bouche pores и лаком Vernis
BI-composant.
— Поверхности в санузлах и других помещенях с повышенной влажностью должны быть обработаны
гидроизоляией согласно нормам ДТУ.
— Углы в душевых кабинах должны быть подготовлены согласно нормам ДТУ.
— При нанесении на тёплые полы, необходимо перед началом работ включить тёплые полы, довести
их до максимальной температуры (иногда это может занять несколько дней), дать полностью остыть.
— Не наносить в поддоны душевых кабин и внутри раковин!!!
— Эксплуатация помещений с покрытием Hybrid béton: через 5 – 7 дней – с осторожностью, так как
срок окончательного высыхания лака составляет 14 – 21 день.
— В случае попадания на поверхность, покрытую Hybrid béton , различных загрязнений или обильной
влаги, необходимо сразу удалить их во избежание образования возможных пятен.
— Не допускать попадания на поверхность спиртосодержащих составов, коррозивных и абразивных
средств.
— Не допускать постоянного соприкосновения поверхности с влажными предметами (цветочные
горшки, влажные тряпки, белье и т.п.)
— Мытье производить при помощи чистящих средств с нейтральным рН.
— В случае попадания масла, необходимо его сразу удалить, присыпать пятно тальком или мукой,
оставить на 1-2 ч, убрать, вымыть влажной мягкой губкой средством с нейтральным РН.
— При нанесении на пол, необходимо обеспечить войлочную защиту ножек мебели.
— Рекомендуется производить обновление лака каждые 3- 5 лет в зависимости от интенсивности
использования.
— При нанесении на столешницы, использовать подставки под горячее и доски для резки.
— Рекомендуется работы по нанесению материала производить одним и тем же специалистом, т.к.
окончательный результат в большей степени зависит от руки мастера.
— Перед нанесением на поверхность необходимо предварительно сделать выкрас для согласования
фактуры и цвета.
ТРАНСПОРТИРОВКА И ХРАНЕНИЕ:
Грунт Sénicryl, связующее Résine, грунт под лак Bouche pores, лак Vernis Bi-composant – при
температуре от +5С до +25С.
